YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 20, 2005) - Quartermaster Seaman Matthew Lenerville of Dickenson, N.D., secures a safety line on railing while working aloft to hang Christmas lights on the mast of USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). Currently in port, Kitty Hawk demonstrates power projection and sea control as the U.S. Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier operating out of Yokosuka, Japan.
