We first contacted Thompson’s Training following a recommendation and with our needing to put in place an effective H&S policy relevant to our size and growth aspirations. Our aim is to produce a policy that is practical and workable and reflects our company personality, rather than ending up with something more akin to a policy for policy’s sake.
